Practice Overview
You'll join a team of approximately 68 physicians and 22-25 mid-level providers
Physicians manage at least 60% of their own cases, while also supporting CAAs and CRNAs
Exclusive provider for several regional medical centers and surgery centers
Opportunity to perform TEEs and join the heart team, though not required
Schedule
Call is evenly distributed; in-house first call with following day off
Average call rotation is 1:12
6 to 8 weeks of vacation during partner track; up to 12 weeks as a partner
As a partner you decide how much time you work and how much time you take off
"Egress list" ensures fair daily hours and earning potential

$700,000 starting base annual salary with a $100,000 sign-on bonus
