Description
Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our MGC Pain Management program located at our Wood Street location in Spartanburg, SC. This is an excellent opportunity to join a wonderful practice focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm; Friday, 8:00am-12:00pm
- 100% Outpatient role with No weekends, holidays or call
- Work alongside an interventional pain medicine physician
- Busy, well-established practice with strong patient volume and team support
- New grads are not being considered at this time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow-up visits and new patient evaluations
- Manage medications, including chronic pain and opioid management
- Provide care for patients with pain and orthopaedic conditions
- Perform select in-office procedures such as:
o Trigger Point injections
o Select joint injections
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in pain management or orthopaedics
- Confident in Opioid Management and chronic pain treatment
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Dependable, professional and committed to patient-centered care
